Check-In Information
We are a Friday-to-Friday resort, and normal check-in is on Friday after 4 p.m.
Alpine Crest has a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Please visit our main office, the first building on the left past the guardhouse,
to check in during normal office hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Late Arrival
You must notify the resort in advance if you anticipate a late
check-in. If the office is closed upon arrival, guests may check in after hours
at the security station located at the entrance of the resort.
If the security guard is away from the station, please call 706-878-6748 for
assistance, and someone will assist you. Please leave a voice mail message.

Security Deposit
There is a $50.00 security deposit required upon checking in. You may secure your deposit with a check or by credit card. This is only a security deposit. We will not charge your credit card or cash your check as long as you return the unit as you found it and turn in your keys.
Accessibility
Alpine Crest Resort does not have elevators. A ramp is available to access both the Office and Clubhouse.
Most condos require the use of stairs (1 or 2 flights) to access the condo. All "Loft" condos are on the 3rd floor and have an additional set of stairs inside the condo that go up to the loft (master bed & bathroom). Alpine Crest Resort offers a limited amount of (2-bedroom, 2- bathroom, sleep 6) condos that are "Easy Access". These condos can be requested in advance directly with Alpine Crest's Office and are subject to availability.

Alpine Crest Resort's Condos are located at the top of a steep and winding hill. As most vehicles do not have a problem making it up the hill, the hill may not be suitable for all vehicles. Guests that have a fear of driving through mountains may find the drive up or down the hill uncomfortable.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in or at Alpine Crest Resort condos! Having a pet at Alpine
Crest Resort will result in automatic loss of security deposit. Additional fees and/or damage to unit and/or property may also be assessed in accordance with the respective association pet policy.
CLEVELAND VETERINARY (706) 865-3188 offers boarding services. As of the date of this notice writing, boarding fee per dog is $22.00/day and per cat is $20.00/day. The price is subject to change.

Wild Animals
Wild animals, such as bears, bobcats, coyotes are indigenous to our mountain setting and are often on the resort property. For your safety and theirs, we ask that you do not approach or feed any wild animals, including the Canadian geese, ducks, deer, and feral cats.
Please do not leave trash/food outside your accommodations, and do not leave
foods unattended at the grill areas. Be aware of your surroundings and watch
where you step! If you should encounter a problem with one of our wild friends,
please contact security or the management office immediately!

Linen
We provide one FREE towel exchange per week. It is available on Mondays from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Any additional exchanges will be $10.00 or more.
